DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX updates being pushed by Verizon
Here is some interesting news today. It appears that Motorola and Verizon are having some issues with that Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich update we've been waiting for, and even saw leaked earlier this month. After announcing a soak test, then seeing the update leaked, it appears to be canceled or put on hold as they are now pushing an update to both devices -- only this is still Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

T-Mobile confirms ICS updates for Amaze 4G and Sensation 4G coming soon
Today T-Mobile has announced and confirmed that their impressive HTC Amaze 4G and the popular Sensation 4G will both be getting updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Obviously we all expected these to be among the first updated, and HTC themselves have confirmed this already too. Sadly while we did hear a confirmation from T-Mobile themselves, an expected date was no where to be found.

Transformer Prime update rolling out – Face unlock not included
Earlier this week ASUS informed everyone that another update would soon be rolling out for the Transformer Prime quad-core tablet. Teasing that it would bring "awesome" features to the device. We've been on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for months with this tablet, and it has seen a good 4 incremental updates since then or more. Today we can confirm the newest release is rolling out to devices as we speak.

Android 4.0.4 ICS rolling out for Nexus S, Xoom, and Galaxy Nexus
Whoa! It looks like Google maybe saw a few angry comments around the Android ecosystem about the lack of updates because in one huge massive announcement they just made tons of people happy. The update to Android 4.0.4 ICS is rolling our right now, as we speak to multiple devices. Those include the Samsung Galaxy Nexus (GSM), Nexus S, and the Motorola Xoom WiFi. Looks like Verizon users of the Gnex and Xoom will have to wait a little longer.

Last week we got a sneak preview at Ice cream Sandwich running on the HTC Vivid, but now it looks like everyone can join in on the fun. HTC tweeted that the update would be going out over AT&T's servers starting today, so if you're still rocking the stock software, head to your Settings>AT&T Software Update menu to search for a manual update. The tweet linked to an official AT&T service page, so presumably the update is being sent out immediately.

Samsung pushes Galaxy Note ICS update to Q2, tosses in S-Pen “Premium Suite”

Well Galaxy Note owners, it looks like you're going to have a slightly longer wait than you'd hoped to get Ice Cream Sandwich running on your phabulous phablets. Samsung's Korean division announced that they're delaying the release of the official Android 4.0 release for the Galaxy Note to sometime in the second quarter, putting it somewhere between a few weeks and three months away from now. This sort of thing isn't really surprising given Samsung's track record, though the relatively timely update of the Galaxy S II had us hoping that ICS would be coming to the Note sooner rather than later.

Motorola RAZR (international) update begins in Europe
Good news for anyone who's bought the Motorola RAZR, the international version of the DROID RAZR: you're getting a software update! Bad news: it's not Ice Cream Sandwich. Though it'll be anywhere from several weeks to two or three months before Motorola charitably gets around to putting the latest version of Android on its flagship machine, regular maintenance updates are continuing. The latest version (SPU15) can be accessed from the Settings menu and applied manually for users in the UK, France, Spain and Italy. If you're not in a hurry, it should pop up automatically sometime in the next few days.

Android 4.0.5 coming to Galaxy Nexus early next month
Let the crazy talk and restoring to stock Ice Cream Sandwich begin because we are now hearing Verizon is beta testing the next update for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Yes this is Android 4.0.5 according to @Black_man_X, a man that needs no introduction in the world of Android. We saw version 4.0.4 leak back in January but it never officially was released by Google or Verizon.

Motorola RAZR European edition update rolling out now
A new software update is rolling out starting today for the Motorola RAZR. This is not the DROID RAZR here on Verizon, and instead is the international and European model just named the Motorola RAZR. The European model is responsible for those leaked 4.0 builds too but today it is only getting Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread.
