OnePlus phone will run “new, specially customized” CyanogenMod

Cyanogen and OnePlus announced they had partnered up to create the OnePlus One smartphone. Naturally, one could assume the hardware would be from OnePlus and the software would be from Cyanogen. The catch is, aside from those few assumptions -- the only piece that had been confirmed was the two companies had partnered. Well, while much of the specifics are still a mystery, OnePlus and Cyanogen have done some teasing.

OPPO Find 7 display panel images leak

OPPO had been slowly revealing details for the Find 7. Things began with an official confirmation of the name and that eventually lead to learning the display was going to be 2560 x 1440 in resolution and measure in at 5.5-inches in size. Beyond that we are still looking towards the rumor side for specs, and as of this morning a few images of the display panel have leaked.

OPPO hasn't said much about when we can expect the Find 7 to get a full unveil and release, however they have recently begun teasing the handset. This teasing comes as part of the #AlwaysImprove campaign which appears to be slowly revealing the specifics for the handset. Things began with learning what the display wasn't and now we know what it is -- in terms of size, resolution and PPI.

OPPO N1 CyanogenMod Edition now available

As we had been expecting, the OPPO N1 CyanogenMod Edition smartphone has arrived. The handset is available from the OPPO Style store and is selling for $599. This one has 16GB of internal storage space, ships with a few CyanogenMod perks and of course, maintains the unique features found on the regular model OPPO N1.

Oppo R1 officially announced

Oppo’s R1, which was previously spied in China, is officially official. The R1 may not be the top-end spec monster we’d hoped for, but it doesn’t necessarily disappoint, either. Of particular note is the rear-facing camera, which sports a pretty impressive F/2.0 aperture.

OPPO N1 CyanogenMod edition gains Google certification

There had been talk of the OPPO N1 CyanogenMod edition shipping internationally from late-December. And well, it looks like a specific release date has been announced. Coming by way the official @OPPO Twitter account, we now know the handset will be available for purchase beginning on December 24th. Along with the release news, there was also a sneak peak given at the packaging and a bit about the Google certification.

OPPO R1 hands-on images surface in China

Much of the OPPO chatter has been around the Find 7 lately. And while those details are beginning to surface, there is another handset, the OPPO R1. The R1 was unveiled earlier in the month and is expected to arrive for purchase in late-December. We have yet to see specific release details based on market, however some hands-on images have recently been discovered.
