We all know how Nexus accessories aren't the easiest things to get our hands-on, but apparently ASUS has plenty already in the works for the new tablet. If you've been debating the purchase of a new small form factor tablet lately, Google just unveiled a brand new option that is probably your best bet. As you all know Google just dropped the new Android 4.3 Jelly Bean powered Nexus 7 on the world, and it comes at a great price. Nexus 10 expected from Samsung in the “near future”

Google talked about Android 4.3 and the Chromecast dongle yesterday (as well as several other smaller items), however when it came to tablets the talk was about the Nexus 7. Of course, that is only one of the two tablets currently available by way of the Google Play Store. Google unveiled the new Nexus 7 during their 'breakfast' event yesterday and while they were pretty forthcoming with details of a US release, there wasn't much said for those in the UK. With that in mind, it looks like some UK-based retailers have begun listing the tablet for pre-order. There are a few listings available at this time, however while the pricing appears consistent the same cannot be said for the shipping dates.

Google drops first new Nexus 7 promo video

Fresh off the earlier announcement, Google has dropped the first of the new Nexus 7 promo videos. This one has been posted on the 'googlenexus' YouTube channel and measures in at just shy of 1 minute and 30 seconds. Perhaps the more important aspect here is how the video doesn't dive all that deep into the specs and instead focuses on a real-world use case.
