Nexus 5 images surface in apparent dummy form

It seems another series of Nexus 5 images have surfaced, though, this time around the images appear to be of some dummy units. This latest round includes four five images (and growing) in total and while it is hard to say 100% these are dummy units, we can say they appear to be that. Unfortunately they are being posted with little in terms of explanation. Not to mention, they have appeared on relatively low followed and low tweeted Twitter account, which only adds to the reasons to be skeptical.

Nexus 5 unboxing image surfaces

Still no official word from Google, however judging from the recent rash of retail inventory leaks, it looks like the prep work is being done for a soon to be launch. Rumor has it that Google will be announcing the Nexus 5 along with Android 4.4 Kit Kat on October 31 or November 1 and in the meantime, another handset image has surfaced. This one is slightly blurry and comes with little extra in terms of details, however it does appear to line up with earlier leaks.

Nexus 5 listings appear in the UK and Netherlands

It seems clear the Nexus 5 leaks and rumors are not going to stop until we have an official announcement. Google has yet to offer anything in terms of when we can expect the event to take place, however we have seen what is believed to be a bit of teasing coming from Vic Gundotra. That all aside, while the rumors are suggesting an October 31 or November 1 availability, there has been a few more listings that appeared today.

Nexus 5 battery images are leaked, show 2300mAh

Whether or not the Nexus 5 will have two different battery options is still debatable, but at least one person claims to have their hands on the 2300mAh option. It’s definitely a different battery than any LG we’ve ever seen, and doesn’t seem to be from their new G Flex phone.
