Verizon has added a new color for the DROID ULTRA and DROID MINI handsets. As of today, both handsets are available in white. This new white model joins the previously available black and red and is basically, the same handsets, just in a new color. Simply put, the pricing and the specs each remain the same as had been.

Motorola has just unleashed a double whammy of apps for owners of its most recent smartphones. While these apps are exclusive to some Motorola devices, putting them up on Google Play Store will allow the company to iterate over and distribute the app far more quickly than it could if they were baked into the firmware.
update page, Motorola seems to be committing to Android 4.4 on a large scale. If the site is correct, not only will the flagship Moto X see an update to KiKat, but so will the DROID lineup. There are also a few older devices which should see a bump, though we’re not so sure about that.
Verizon was quiet at the time, they have just as quietly slipped the handset into the available lineup. As of today, the Verizon DROID Mini has gotten a color refresh. The handset remains available in black and can now be purchased in red.

Motorola introduced a feature called DROID Zap when they unveiled the trio of new DROID handsets back in July. Those handsets included the DROID Ultra, Maxx and Mini and the Zap feature meant users of any of those three devices would be able to quickly and easily share images with other Zap users. The problem with this, the support for Zap was rather limited.
Motorola finally announced developer editions of the Moto X this morning, including one for Verizon, but that isn't all they had in store for you developers and hackers. Just revealed as well is the Motorola DROID MAXX (Verizon) Developer Edition for the crazy high price of just $649.99 which will get you an unlocked bootloader.
Motorola has one in the works. If the details that have come along with these leaked images are accurate -- it looks like we are getting another look at what will become the Motorola DROID 5. While we always try to be a bit skeptical with leaked images, we can say that this round of images does match up with the batch that leaked back in August.
