Motorola DROID Bionic receiving another hefty software update

It has only been about a week since Verizon and Motorola pushed that huge software update to the DROID Bionic that was set to fix the large list of problems, bugs, and camera issues that users were having and today they are continuing the fun. Another large update coming in around 56MB in size is rolling out to DROID Bionic users as we speak according to Droid Forums. We've been looking for more details but Verizon's keeping tight lipped on the update.

I have some exciting news for you DROID Bionic users, the huge bugfix update we've been reporting about over the past few months is finally here and ready to straighten out that Bionic of yours. Or you could just wait for the Bionic 2 as I'm expecting it early January if Motorola's current trends tell us anything. Either way the update is here, now, and all the details are below.

I have some great news for all of the DROID Bionic owners around these parts. Remember that huge list of bugs that Verizon acknowledged and said they'd be fixing in a future update? Well it's finally ready and should be rolling out extremely soon. We recently heard it would be released before the end of the year, and it looks like Verizon will hold true to their word because they've just informed us that it's ready and will be rolling out soon.

Motorola DROID Bionic now just $199 from Verizon

Is Verizon finally ready to make room for the Galaxy Nexus or are they just lowering prices for the holiday season? Today we can now confirm that Verizon and Motorola have lowered the price of the DROID Bionic from $299 down to only $199 -- with a new contract of course. After seeing initial reports from DL the pricing change has now made its way to the online shop at Verizon.
