Droid Eris has been retired, Droid Incredible next?

Android 2.1 may be the last official update to the Eris from Verizon. They have decided to end support of the Eris, it was the launch partner of the original Droid. It’s still possible that HTC may choose to still support the handset but that is highly unlikely. If you want 2.2 on Eris you might want to root it or be satisfied with 2.1.

Sprint Probably Didn’t Sell As Many EVO’s As We Thought

Sprint has released a statement today in regards to the sales figures of the EVO. Apparently they made a mistake when they said the EVO has sold twice as many as the Pre and Instinct combined on their release day. What they meant to say was the EVO sales was “in line” with sales of the aforementioned handsets.

Vodafone UK’s Nexus One launching in “April”?

Today Vodafone has updated their "Coming Soon" page for the Nexus One to "Coming Soon/April". From looks of it, it could be a mistake. Why put up an April release in the last days of April? It has been almost four months now that Vodafone customers have been waiting for the Nexus so if this is true you can possibly put in your order today.
