Available right now Google is offering 100 of their top holiday songs all for just 25¢ each to get everyone in the holiday spirit. Yes! I get Boardwalk, Park Place, Waterworks, and all the railroads -- you can have the rest. EA has finally brought the popular game we should all still love to the Android Market -- Monopoly. It was originally exclusively available on the EA store and Amazon's App Store but now it can finally be purchased right in our very own Android Market.

This weekend Microsoft released their new Halo Waypoint Android app that aims to bring Halo: Reach multiplayer stat tracking and more to our robot-powered devices. Also available for the other popular platforms Microsoft made sure to include Android in the fun. For Halo fans this app actually has tons of awesome features with all sorts of stat tracking and multiplayer overhead views to help with those intense gaming sessions.

This is basically a magazine-esque format RSS reader application only with a better UI and an overall awesome experience. Beautiful Widgets passes 1 million paid downloads, celebrates with Google
Hopefully everyone is well aware of Google's latest news that the Android Market has surpassed 10 billion downloads. Today LevelUp Studios is celebrating something similar as the first paid app to pass 1 million downloads from the Android Market. I know things like Angry Birds comes to mind but it didn't launch originally on the Android Market and most of its downloads were on GetJar. The extremely popular weather and clock widget Beautiful Widgets is the first to 1 million downloads on Android and gets to claim the crown.

Facebook isn't the only one in Android land getting a fancy new update. Twitter for Android just received its latest update today that matched it up with the recent changes to the web version. Some might not like the changes but I personally find it quite pleasing and easy to navigate. They've separated everything into four categories: Home, Connect, Discover, and Me.

Facebook App overhaul brings faster performance, better UI, ICS support and more
Today Facebook will be pushing a much needed update for their Android application. It is currently not available yet but should hit the Android Market sometime today according to the official Facebook Blog. They are calling it a faster Facebook for Android and it has tons of new features, improvements to the UI, faster performance, and that all important support for ICS (since the menu button has been missing for Nexi users).
