With the Super Bowl quickly approaching EA has decided to drop the price on what I'd consider the best football game for Android down to just $0.99 cents for the weekend. Making sure many of us are playing football on our Android devices this weekend while preparing for the big game.

Verizon offers Madden NFL 2012 free to customers this weekend

Do you need something to do while you watch Verizon commercials during the time outs of the Cowboys game this weekend? There's no reason to break your momentum - download the latest version of Madden for your Android phone, courtesy of Verizon. The network will allow customers to install the game free of charge from October 1-3.

Madden NFL 2012 Now in the Android Market [Update]

It's time to get back to football. Going along with the console release of Madden 2012 EA has just released the Android and iOS app. Now available in the Android Market is Madden NFL 2012 and it's only $6.99 for those interested. While this may be a bit expensive you do get an extensive NFL game with tons of options and playability.
