LG Optimus G Pro global release to begin in Q2

This isn't the first time we have heard from LG about the Optimus G Pro smartphone, however this time around we are getting a rough idea as to when we can expect the global roll-out to begin. In short, LG has announced that will begin during the second quarter of the year. Of course, those in Korea will get the handset quite a bit sooner. In fact, the Korean release is set for this coming Wednesday, February 20.

LG Optimus L Series sales top 15 million

Coming just a day after LG announced their Optimus L Series II line of smartphones, sales of the currently available Optimus L Series devices have reached a new milestone. In short, LG has said Optimus L Series sales have topped 15 million. This handset originally launched during Mobile World Congress in 2012 and according to LG, has been selling at the rate of one device per second over the previous two months.

LG Optimus L7 II Dual leak reveals a 4.3-inch display and Jelly Bean

It appears as if a new Optimus L series handset has leaked. The newly discovered device is the LG Optimus L7 II Dual and as the dual in the name would imply, this one has two SIM card slots. Or more specifically, the handset will have two SIM card slots with support for simultaneous use. Otherwise, the Optimus L7 II Dual will have a 4.3-inch IPS display and above average sized battery.

LG Optimus L7 coming this month, L5 to arrive in May

LG and their new Optimus L series is finally ready for the mainstream and will be available later this month. After initial reports and rumors suggested a May release according to new details provided by LG France the new L7 will be available in late April, with the L5 series coming later in May. The L7 being their higher-end L model it comes with attractive pricing, and styling.
