LG is at it again today by teasing everyone about their upcoming quad-core smartphone called the Optimus G. This time around they are calling it "The Newest Premium Quad-Core Smartphone." And have released a quick teaser video over on YouTube to get everyone excited about a smartphone without limits.

We've seen countless leaks regarding their new smartphone, and Qualcomm even confirmed their new quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor will be powering LG's upcoming flagship superphone. Now LG is getting things started with a quick teaser video.

LG Eclipse 4G LTE quad-core headed to AT&T in October

The name LG Eclipse isn't a new one. We've heard and seen various leaks of this device over the past few weeks indicating a rather powerful smartphone headed to the US complete with Qualcomm's quad-core Krait processor. Today however it has leaked again, en route to AT&T, and possibly hitting the market come this October.

LG's American flagships for the latter half of 2012 are starting to take shape. We've already seen the LS970 "Eclipse" 4G LTE, ostensibly a CDMA version of the Optimus LTE2 (below) and headed for American shores late this year. Now UnwiredView has spotted what appears to be the same phone, headed for AT&T at an unknown date. The E970 (final name unknown) showed up in a recent benchmark with some specs along for the ride.

OK, so "flesh" probably isn't applicable for a hunk of plastic, glass and silicon, but you get my drift. BriefMobile spotted the latest of The Now Network's new devices and got a candid photo of the LG Eclipse 4G LTE that leaves nothing to the imagination. The flagship-level device is expected to his retailers in the latter half of this year.
