Up until now all we’ve seen of the droid 2 is a blurry picture that didn’t even show the entire front of the device. Now we finally get a clear look at the full handset. There’s even a video of the boot screen and you can clearly see that it has a full QWERTY keyboard. It looks almost identical to the original droid that we all know and love.
Cellular South has officially announced that the Milestone will be available soon. A little over a month ago they placed a promotion on their site with an unknown Android handset under a veil. Now that veil has been lifted to reveal the Motorola Milestone.
With all the excitement we’ve had today with the release of Froyo, the Droid 2 almost slipped by us. The folks over at Howard Forums have received some specs and more information on the next iteration of Verizon’s Droid series. The picture of the manual below is none other than the successor of the Droid.
So far we have seen this device in two flavors, the gray one that we all know and love and in white. Now a black Desire has been spotted. Not only has it been spotted but it’s on sale for preorder right now at Amazon.
It's official, Sprint just announced via a press release that the Nexus One will be available on their network soon. Google just released an AT&T and Rogers compatible Nexus One the other day and now Sprint is joining them at the table with their own Nexus. All while the Verizon version has yet to be announced officially.
Verizon fans will soon have another awesome Android handset in lineup. There has been a few pictures and specs of the device leaked today. Rumors have this phone replacing the Eris, it's another Sense UI Android but this has an 8MP with dual LED Flash. Unfortunately, the snapdragon has been underclocked to 768MHZ. Like the Desire, it is also features HTC's Sense UI on top of Android. HTC hopes to duplicate or surpass the success of the original Hero with this phone.
