Motorola Motoroi Headed To The UK With a Few Upgrades

The last time we heard about this phone, it was on its way to Korea for a launch there. Well it’s been there awhile now and it seems Motorola is ready to start its world tour. There were also rumors that this device will land on T-Mobile USA, hopefully it does and it includes the upgrades mentioned after the break.

Sprint Will Pass on The Nexus One

First Verizon, which was one of the launch partners for the Nexus One, now Sprint. According to Gizmodo, Sprint will opt not to offer support for the Nexus One. I’m not necessarily sold that this is a good move them or not. They sure could use a phone like this in their lineup. Sprint doesn’t exactly have the same assortment of powerful phones as Verizon so this is an odd move for them to make.

Lenovo LePhone unboxed ahead of launch in China

This Android phone quietly snuck by all of us. We first seen this device at CES and hasn’t really heard much about it since then. It’s not a bad looking device and it has a nice screen similar to that found on the nexus one. This Android device will be available in China and it has some impressive specs to boot.

Guess it won’t be long now, this device was promised for a Q2 release and the end of that quarter is fast approaching. The Dell Aero has just received approval from the FCC. This device is expected to land on AT&T in June. This device will keep the name Aero at launch, often times the name is changed when a device is released.

Acer Liquid E to be Priced at $49.99 from Rogers

This June, the Acer Liquid E will be launching for $49.99 on Rogers Wireless. All you have to do to get this get deal is sign away 3 years of your life.   Off-contract, the phone will be costing customers $349.99, and that’s not a bad deal. I would opt for the full price rather than being stuck with the same phone for 3 years. As fast as technology moves, this phone will be dated by the time you’re a third of the way done with your contract.

More countries will be supported in the near future. This could prove to be very lucrative for Layar and their publishers.

LG Optimus GT540 Headed To The UK May 1st

The LG Optimus formerly know around the web as the LG GT540, will be headed to the UK this May. LG is a late entry into the Android game but they are making a valiant effort to pump out quality Android devices. To bad there isn't a price tag on this one but expect it to be affordable.
