Samsung's highly popular Galaxy S II to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean have been delayed. We can't technically call it delayed since it wasn't announced, but previous reports had them coming before the end of the year and then delayed into early 2013. Back in December we mentioned they'd arrive in early 2013, and now reports have surfaced claiming the updates will start in February.
