Consumer Reports: iPhone 5s and 5c put against Verizon DROID lineup

There are plenty of available options in terms of device research these days. But that being said, Consumer Reports is one of the more respected names and they have recently published a report on the iPhone 5s and 5c. iPhone 5C vs HTC One: Plastic and aluminum battle it out

Apple announced two brand new smartphones today. Those being the iPhone 5S with a new processor technology, better camera, and a fingerprint scanner. Apple A7 and M7 CPUs come to contextually compute: Motorola X8 on watch

With smartphones these days we've been seeing a trend of faster processors with more cores. Things like 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800's to Samsung's 8-core CPU and more. Do we really need all of that on a smartphone in our pocket? A few manufactures don't think so. Motorola last month unveiled their new Moto X and DROID lineup with a dual-core (8 chip) X8 computing system, and now it appears Apple has something similar with their new iPhone 5S.

iPhone gets colorful to take on Google’s Moto X

For all you tech junkies and Apple fans tomorrow is iPhone 5S day. Where we'll finally see Android's competition and what Apple has been working on for their new iPhone, not to mentioned that often rumored 5C. Last week Apple sent out invitations for a September 10th launch event full of pretty colors, and it's clear they want to offer customers more color choices. Just like Nokia, and now Google with the Moto X. Oh, and we can't forget about that colorful iOS 7 reboot.
