Samsung Galaxy Stellar Review
While Samsung is putting a lot of steam behind their flagship Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II smartphones that are some of the best on the market, they've also been kind enough to not leave out the rest of the market. Motorola: Atrix 4G, PHOTON 4G and more will not get Android 4.0 ICS
Motorola has confirmed some rather sad news this weekend regarding a few of their popular smartphones. Most surprising is the Atrix 4G, being their first dual-core Gingerbread smartphone and all. Motorola just outed the sad news that the update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (or Jelly Bean for that matter) will not be coming to multiple smartphones -- trashing their earlier promises.

The LG Optimus Vu II, as it's called, has a 5-inch display with 4:3 aspect ratio, which is something we don't normally see these days from an Android device. LG hopes to compete with Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note II phablet head on with this new device.

Late last week Motorola issued a statement and updated the public regarding their plans to update devices to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean, but the results didn't look too good. After the Atrix 2 was pushed from Q3 to "further plans coming soon" we were worried, but today they've actually started the initial ICS update.

LG Venice on the way to Boost Mobile
Today, Boost Mobile and LG announced the Venice, which will soon be taking up residence on Boost's shelves. To Android fanatics, the LG Venice will look instantly familiar, and that's because it's Boost's version of the LG Optimus L7, which launched at the beginning of summer. Not much has changed with the Optimus L7's transition to the Venice, aside from the name of course.
