XYBOARD tablet in both the 8.2 and 10-inch flavors are getting upgraded to Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich this week. Motorola dropped the news last night, and now Verizon has also confirmed the DROID XYBOARD tablets will receive the same fate.

The Motorola PHOTON Q 4G LTE will be available starting on Sunday, August 19, and will set you back $200. Of course, that $200 price tag requires a two-year contract with your carrier, so be prepared to sign one of those if you want the PHOTON Q for that price.
Galaxy Tab 10.1 WiFi tablet started getting upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich last month in multiple parts of the world, it looks like they are finally rolling it out here in the US. They didn't get it out in July as promised, but we'll take it.
