T-Mobile Prism II leaked back in early-March and while things had been quite since, it looks like the carrier has recently confirmed the release. The Huawei Prism II has been added to the T-Mobile website with a coming soon style listing and is expected to be widely available in just few days time.

T-Mobile currently has the Huawei Prism as a no-annual contract device and assuming this latest leak proves accurate -- the carrier will soon be launching the follow up device. The recent leak is showing the Huawei U8686, which will launch with T-Mobile as the Prism II. We have yet to see if this will land in the post-paid or pre-paid lineup, however we expect that it will be low priced either way.
"T-Mobile" Prism, Huawei's latest de-branded device for the American carrier. The Prism is low-end in every sense of the word, but that doesn't necessarily mean bad - and the low-end is moving forward nearly as fast as flagship devices are. The biggest improvement here is the 3.5-inch 480x320 touchscreen, markedly larger and sharper than the 3.2-inch screens that typify the category.
Prism 3G phone, which is manufactured by Huawei but gets no love from Magenta when it comes to branding. The Prism will cost $19.99 after a $50 mail in rebate (curses!) or $149.99 commitment-free when it launches later this month.
soon the Samsung Galaxy Note hitting T-Mobile, Magenta needs some low-end hardware to round out its lineup. Luckily, Huawei is more than happy to provide. According to internal documents spotted by TmoNews, the "T-Mobile Prism 3G" (looks like they're cutting Huawei out of the branding again) will land on the network on May 6th, this coming Sunday. This one's aimed right at the entry level.
