AT&T HTC One X+ update rolling out – still 4.1 Jelly Bean
While we are all excited and patiently awaiting the HTC One to arrive on the shelves at AT&T, those rocking their last generation smartphone will be happy to know an update is rolling out. This week AT&T confirmed the Tegra 3 packing HTC One X+ is getting updated today with various improvements and bug fixes. I guess they didn't completely forget about it, not yet at least.

Three new HTC devices gain PlayStation Certification
The PlayStation Certified train continues to roll on, but it seems that HTC is the only other company interested in a ride. Aside from a number of Sony devices, only HTC handsets have been PlayStation Certified, and today nothing is changing - we're only getting word of three additional HTC devices that have been given PlayStation Certification. According to AndroidGuys, the HTC One X+, One S, and One V have all become PlayStation Certified.

List of HTC devices getting Jelly Bean leaks out
With all eyes on Jelly Bean and its various versions, it's understandable that a lot of Android users want to know when their handset will be getting an update. A few manufacturers have announced a Jelly Bean update schedule for their devices, but we haven't heard all that much from HTC on the matter. That all changed today, though HTC didn't have much to do with it - instead, it was oft-reliable Twitter leaker @Football4DPA, who has delivered a list of HTC devices that are scheduled to get updates to Jelly Bean.

Today the folks from AT&T have announced two impressive new smartphones from HTC will be arriving on their network come November 16th. Expansys USA has just opened up pre-orders for the smartphone, even though it hasn't been set in stone when it will hit the US. AT&T has confirmed they'll be the exclusive carrier of the phone, but you might be able to snag one early.

In case you haven't heard, HTC revealed its new flagship phone, the One X+, earlier today. Of course, we had heard about the incoming phone plenty of times before it was made official, but now we know for sure that it's on the way. HTC seems to have taken a lot of pride in the design of the One X+, today sharing a handful of design sketches to show the evolution of the phone as it went from concept to a finished product.

Earlier this morning the folks from HTC announced an all new HTC One X+ smartphone -- at least on the inside. The new device is nearly identical to the AT&T version before it, only under the hood it has received a slew of enhancements to make it their new flagship device. After AT&T announced US exclusivity on the device, TELUS has confirmed it's coming to their network up in Canada.

Six months is a long time as a flagship, and so HTC's top-end device goes in for a fettle and comes out as the HTC One X+, replete with a new processor and bigger battery. Now running NVIDIA's 1.7GHz Tegra 3 AP37 quadcore - for up to a 67-percent performance boost, HTC claims - and packing a 2,100 mAh battery for up to 6hrs more talktime, the One X+ keeps the aesthetic of its predecessor (which will, in fact, stay on sale alongside it as a more affordable option) but dresses it in a matte black finish with red touches and a new Beats Audio logo.
