Well, it looks like we have those answers and it looks like the update is going to begin today. First things first though, DROID DNA users will be getting Android 4.2.2 with Sense 5.

HTC's high-end smartphones are probably getting a tad anxious with the lack of news about their devices. In a series of tweets, HTC USA is assuring its customers that the much awaited Android 4.4 update, and even the delayed Android 4.3, will be coming to their devices before January 2014 is over.
DROID DNA users this morning. But before anyone gets super excited, this is not the Sense 5 update that was revealed back in September. At this time it looks like that update is still in the works and for now, DROID DNA users will have to settle for this minor update.

Sense 5 update for the DROID DNA sometime this summer. Well, while we have yet to learn of a specific release date for that update, there has been a confirmation from Verizon Wireless. It seems Big Red has recently updated the DROID DNA support pages with mention of Sense 5.
HTC One slowly makes its way into the US, questions have been raised about its upgrade path to the latest Android release. HTC President Jason Mackenzie has cast away all doubts, revealing on Twitter that the company is working to deliver Android 4.3 to HTC One users in the US and Canada by the end of September.

Since then, there has been little word about it due to it being available only for the Chinese HTC Butterfly model. But it seems that the strange Mini is about to make a reappearance, this time in the UK market.

DROID DNA talk has been focused on the topic of the HTC One. Specifically, as to whether or not the HTC One is coming to Verizon Wireless as the replacement for the now six-month old DROID DNA. Assuming you are a Verizon user that is eligible, or close to being eligible for an upgrade, those talks were probably what you wanted to hear. On the flip side though, there are plenty of DROID DNA users that are going to be tied to an agreement for quite a bit longer and that group is most likely thinking of updates.
