Now that the long awaited 2.1 update for the Droid has hit, are you bored with it already? Root it and flash a custom ROM. And most custom ROM’s include the 3D draw and 5 home screens. There are many root apps that also add extra functionality to your phone.
In a press release that was just sent to us, Samsung announced its plans to update the Galaxy Spica to Android 2.1. This update brings all the goodies that come with 2.1 and a few from Samsung themselves.
Shortly after Android 2.1 was leaked for the Droid Eris, another upcoming OTA was leaked for the Droid. Kellex from Droid Life flashed this to his phone and then shot this video of it in action.
Another surprise packed into this compact version of the Pulse. In the video below the representative stated that this phone can have up to 15 different home screens and this is all done on the stock firmware.
