Enjoy Android on your TV with new FAVI SmartStick

Today we're being introduced to yet another Android TV Stick, the FAVI SmartStick. If you're looking for a way to get your Android apps on your TV, there are plenty of options already, but the FAVI SmartStick comes with a couple of features that make it stand out from the crowd. For starters, it has a pretty low price tag, with the 4GB model coming it at $49.

65-inch Honeycomb “Tablet” bumps Android up to 1080p

How big is too big? Currently tablets top out at about ten inches, but if you'd like something a little more gigantic, at least one Turkish company is willing to give you what you want. Ardic Technology is running a full Honeycomb interface through a 65-inch 1080p television - that's 1920 x 1080 pixels, to most Honeycomb tablets 1280 x 800. The prototype is one of a kind for the moment.

SlashGear Hands-on with Marvell Android Tablet ARMADA 628

This ARMADA 600-based Android tablet reference design by Marvell is being showed off in order to make way for a bunch of Marvell branded products capable of using 1080p chipsets that'll be launched at CES 2011. The demo pad our people at SlashGear have their hands on is a 10.1-inch 1280 x 720 capacitive touchscreen and it runs Android 2.2 (Froyo.) Chris Davies notes that this device was up and running only only its own display, but an external HDTV over HDMI as well!

Google has just released a video that explains what exactly we can do with Google TV. As expected, it has great search features integrated that allows you to browse your own content as well as content on the web. Some televisions will come with Google TV preinstalled or you can purchase a set top box to convert your current television to Google TV.
