Giant display phones are not a new thing in the world of retailers. Apple has made giant "demo" models of their iPhone, and Google even made one of the original Nexus One. As we all know, these units were simply playing a looping video showing off the software features of the devices. This Nexus S, however, does not - yes, it actually works!

TMZ launches official Android app

Gossip celebrity news giant TMZ has just released their very own Android app. It’s a free download from the Android Market. If you have a hankering to keep track of your favorite celebrities (or stalk), you can now do so from the convenience of your Android handset. Market description reads: "Find out the latest breaking entertainment news, videos and photos from TMZ.com. Whenever entertainment news breaks, wherever you are -- TMZ on your Android gives you an all-access pass to the latest info on your favorite celebs. It’s all free and updated throughout the day."

iVdopia bringing video ads to Android apps
