Galaxy S 4G Price Confirmed by T-Mobile

We've been informed directly by T-Mobile that the price of the Samsung Galaxy S 4G will be $199.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and agreeing to a two-year service plan. Previously it had been reported that T-Mobile said the phone would be $149.99, mostly because they did say such a thing, but the new official price is $199.99, we assure you. This is the phone we just took out of the box today right next to our cupcake Android friend.

Galaxy S 2 Specs Leaked Specs from SamFirmware

As you might already know, we've had some earlier possible specs leaked here and there on this long awaited followup to last years heavily successful Galaxy S line. This new phone has just today had a brand new set of specs leaked to the folks at SamFirmware - these are above and beyond the possible 4.3 inch or 4.5 inch screen and Orion Dual-core processor on board featuring 1.0 GHz or 1.2 GHz of power. Is the Samsung GT-I9003 a Galaxy S with Super Clear LCD?

Last month we started hearing rumors of a device making the rounds with a GT-I9003 model number. Speculation led us to believe that it was either a Nexus S with a Super LCD display, or a Galaxy S with the same display. Now, after further speculation, it seems the later will be true and that the I9003 is on track to replace the Galaxy S (I9000).

It appears that a pre-order date has been set for the Samsung Galaxy Player, aka the Samsung equivalent of, you guessed it, the iPod Touch. This device is based on the Samsung Galaxy S line of phones and will feature a 4-inch Super LCD screen, 1GHz CPU, 3.2 megapixel camera, front facing video camera, T-DMB, GPS, HD video playback, Wifi, Bluetooth, microSD card slot, and a 1200mAh battery.

Galaxy S Mini Called Samsung Ace – Specs Leaked

Take a peek at the brand new Samsung Galaxy S Mini, appearing now to be called the "Ace." This is also known as Samsung S5830 is a tiny little thing with a distinct absence of a search button, a menu button on the left, a back button on the right, and a big fat beautiful home button in the center. Samsung Mobile Announces both Mobile World Congress “next evolution” and a February 1st Tease

Take a look if you wish at the site whose title last year at around this time told us of a lovely future for Samsung, eventually giving us the Samsung Galaxy S. This year it's sending word of the idea that "EVOLUTION is FATE" - whatever that means - and that on February 13th, something is coming. They note that there's going to indeed be a revealing of the "next evolution in Samsung Mobile" and that - wowie - There's going to be a preview teaser on February 1st. Stay tuned!

Samsung Says They’re NOT Charging Carriers for Froyo Android Update

In reply to that post, a post in which an unnamed fellow posting anonymously in hopes of not being identified let loose a torrent of possible facts about Samsung, including the idea that they're charging carriers for pushing Android updates, Samsung says no way!
