Samsung Galaxy S II gets an HD video Hands-On and more

The Samsung Galaxy S II has been official for a while, we all have probably seen its beauty by now. It is Samsung's next flagship device that is set to sell as many as the first Galaxy S did or more. Today we have a little leak of a prototype Galaxy S II. It comes in the form of a 720p HD video and full walk-through from some friends over in the Ukraine.

Samsung Galaxy Devices Reveal Silicon Art [WARNING]

There's a few places that are really great to put a warning on a device. As a manufacturer, you can put a warning on the box of a bit of technology, just so long as that warning isn't going to tell the user about a possible blast into the ear. If there is going to be a blast into the ear of the user, the user would probably be better off having the warning about the blast be on the device itself. Sometimes there's another place for a warning, and that's deep within the device, under all the plastic, under all the metal. This is sometimes also known as Silicon Art.

Samsung Galaxy S II hits the FCC

Looks like Samsung has just sent over the Galaxy S II to the FCC. If you haven't seen much about this phone you should most definitely look over a few of our hands on. It is a beautiful phone that is sure to make a huge splash in the Android phone market. Looks like today it hit the FCC with some AT&T 3G bands.

Samsung Galaxy Indulge Promo video with Snoop Dogg & Warren G: Episode 2

Well, whether you all liked it or not, Samsung and MetroPCS are at it again with Episode 2 of the G-Connection with Snoop Dogg & Warren G video. For all the information on how this got started, and a in-depth look at the all-star cast feel free to check out the first video here. My favorite part of the entire video is that Ted Williams, the man with the "Golden Voice" is back on stage doing what he loves. If somehow you missed that, here's the original Golden Voice clip.

Record Calls on your Galaxy S

Like we often talk about, the devs over at XDA Developers are hard at work like they always are. This time XDA member antsm has developed a modification of the Phone.apk that will allow users to record phone calls. This is still very much a work in progress like many things and will only get better with time. He is working on it for the Galaxy S but once it gets working better I'm sure it can be added to many other devices.

Galaxy S Android 2.3 Gingerbread Update Imminent

We've just received word from German Android site SmartDroid.de that they've got a friend sitting in at Samsung in Frankfurt who's heard a rather important update to the status of Galaxy S devices to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. They've heard, apparently straight from Samsung, that Gingerbread will be coming to Galaxy S in March. Will this just be in Germany, or will it be worldwide? We're guessing at least Germany and USA, though that'd be an odd combination.

Samsung Galaxy Indulge Promoted by Snoop Dogg and Warren G as they Roll with metroPCS

Oh my goodness gracious, how has this not come to fruition before? Of course there have been collaborations and promotions between smartphones and rappers before, but never in such an oddly cool way as this. The following is a project launched by metroPCS, Samsung Mobile, Snoop Dogg (or Snoop Dogggg as you're about to see,) Warren G, model Brittany Dailey, AND Ted Williams - the man with the Golden Voice. Recognize everyone from that list? Good. They're about to sell you a Samsung Galaxy Indulge, "the world's first commercially available 4G LTE Android smartphone."
