Samsung Galaxy Note Review [AT&T]

Many questions come to mind with the Galaxy Note. Is it too big? Is the stylus S-Pen necessary? Is the screen real estate worth the loss of portability and more. I've been using it for about a week and have some thoughts regarding these questions. With a huge and vibrant 5.3" Super AMOLED HD display and a dual-core processor this thing should be amazing -- and it is. The biggest concern for many is probably the screen size so we'll dive into that and more with our full review below.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 headed to MWC

Some new screenshots and details have appeared, confirming that Samsung has prepped and will be announcing the Galaxy Note 10.1 at Mobile World Congress later this month. Yes a 10" Samsung Galaxy Note. Samsung's developer day announcement and invitation calmly mentions the Galaxy Note 10.1" along with S-pen SDK, the Wave 3 and a few other non Android devices. AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note source code released

More source code news today -- and no we don't mean the Jake Gyllenhaal movie either. Today Samsung has just pushed the kernel source code out for their new Samsung Galaxy Note with AT&T LTE. The code was released some time ago but this new release is specific to the AT&T 4G LTE model that was announced last month.

Samsung releases teaser video of upcoming Super Bowl ad

In case you missed the news, Samsung is set to run a rather long and hopefully impressive commercial during this years Super Bowl. It will be important for a few reasons. One being that it's their first ever commercial in the big game, and it will reportedly be 90 seconds which will cost them an arm and a leg. Today they've released a small teaser video and you can see the short clip below.

Samsung now offering unique personal engraving for Galaxy Note buyers

Samsung is looking to take things up another notch and have introduced personal engraving options for their new and popular new Galaxy Note smartphone. According to Samsung's official Flickr page, buyers in South Korea can now get personalized custom engraving with their purchased from now until March 31st at select Samsung locations. Nice touch Samsung!

Samsung Galaxy Note LTE heading to Rogers in February too

The Samsung Galaxy Note has been in the news plenty as of late, and we'll be seeing more soon with AT&T and now Rogers both getting a 4G LTE version coming next month. While we got our first look at the LTE model back at CES, Rogers official blog RedBoard has just outed they'll be getting the 5.3" phone/tablet hybrid too.

Some new details and rumors are starting to hit the streets regarding not only the highly anticipated Galaxy Note, but of two other Android devices all headed to AT&T. We have now learned of a leaked Q1 2012 roadmap of AT&T's smartphone devices and of them is the Galaxy Note hitting the streets February 18th for just $299 on contract.
