Galaxy Note tablet. Of course, that is not to say that everything has been revealed just yet. In fact, it seems that we are at the beginning of the leaks. So far we have heard rumors about the GT-N5100 and that the Galaxy Note 8.0 was indeed going to be announced in February during Mobile World Congress. And well, as of today we have what is said to be an image of the Note 8.0.
Samsung GT-N5100, which is expected to arrive as the Galaxy Note 8.0. Based on those details, we were expecting Samsung to announce the 8-inch version of the Galaxy Note during Mobile World Congress. And on that note, it looks like a MWC announcement will be coming.
Samsung GT-N5100 in the past. Notably, back in late December when the device was spotted in a GLBenchmark filing. Putting the past and previous reports aside though, some new details have recently surfaced for the GT-N5100. More to the point, the GT-N5100 is now expected to arrive as the Galaxy Note 8.0.
Samsung announced the 8-core Exynos 5 Octa processor during CES and given that, it only seems logical that the company will include that processor in at least some of their 2013 devices. Notably, the higher-end devices such as the Galaxy Note, which presumably will be released as the Galaxy Note III later in the year. Samsung has yet to confirm the details (or the existence) of the Note III, however some reports have begun to surface with talk of specs.
Galaxy S IV concept video that surfaced yesterday, but the truth of the matter is that details for the handset are still rumored and unconfirmed at this point in time. Nonetheless, it seems that based on previous history with the Galaxy S line, there are some likely assumptions that can be made in terms of specs (compared to the Galaxy S III).
had heard that the original Galaxy Note was going to get Jelly Bean along with the multi-window support back in November. And since then, Samsung seems to have remained quiet in terms of a confirmation. But that has since changed and the official Samsung Galaxy Note micro-site has confirmed those details.
7-inch Galaxy Note coming from Samsung. In fact, earlier this month we saw some NenaMark 2 results for the GT-N5100, the device believed to be the Note 7. And well, flashing back to the present day and it looks like we now have another set of benchmarks for the GT-N5100.
Galaxy Note II was not big enough for you, the next iteration of the device is set to be even larger, according to sources in Korea. The Galaxy Note III looks like it could have a massive 6.3-inch display when it hits the market in 2013. If the report from the Korean Times is to be believed, it looks like Samsung is going to be pushing what we thought was the limit for the size of an OLED on a smartphone.
Samsung devices in the same day weren't enough, we're now hearing of a fourth device that's reportedly in the works at Samsung towers. With the Galaxy Note II currently selling like hotcakes, Samsung apparently feels it's time to introduce the Galaxy Note 7 to the world. Yes, Samsung might be planning a 7-inch Galaxy Note - something we've heard before, but today there might be even more evidence to back such a claim up.
