AT&T tweaks data plans, gives us more for our dollar

AT&T has apparently started a restructure of their mobile data plans and have done a bit of tweaking. My title is a bit misleading and so our the prices. While we'll be getting more for our dollar, we will also be paying slightly more even if we don't need it -- and there's nothing you can do about it. AT&T is nudging the price of all their plans up a notch but are giving us a little extra data in return.

AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 4G LTE in white Hands-on

Coming to AT&T soon is the Samsung Galaxy Note that we've all seen plenty of lately. AT&T will be selling this 5.3" AMOLED HD packing smartphone in both black and white variants. Samsung Galaxy Note headed to Verizon as the Galaxy Journal

Last week at CES Samsung pulled the wraps off of their 5.3" Galaxy Note and informed the world it was headed to AT&T. After the initial announcement we saw many comments regarding whether or not this phone-tablet hybrid smartphone would hit other carriers in the US. While nothing has been confirmed yet we are now hearing reports that it will land on Verizon, and maybe even follow the Galaxy Nexus over on the Now Network and their new 4G LTE rolling out this year.

Users from around the world and especially the US have been importing the 5.3" AMOLED HD packing smartphone for their own personal use. Accessory vender Anymode has apparently partnered with AT&T and will be their OEM for accessories on the AT&T US version Galaxy Note -- coming "early 2012" according to their CES press release.

Samsung says Galaxy Note is coming to America soon

Samsung's plus-sized Galaxy Note smartphone has proven to be a surprise hit, as the company announced today that they've shipped a whopping 1 million units worldwide. For an expensive and ostensibly niche phone, that's a gigantic figure, especially considering that it's only available in Europe, South Korea and a few other markets. US fans still have to import a Galaxy Note if they want to try out the 5.3-inch monster for themselves, but that may change soon enough: the company noted in its congratulatory announcement that it will be coming to the US in 2012.

New Galaxy Note gets Snapdragon processor, hints at US launch

Not too long ago Michael was bummed that the Samsung Galaxy note hybrid tablet/smartphone wasn't offered in the US. The tablet had crossed the FCC in the past, but as Michael pointed out that doesn't always mean the tablet is headed to the States. Another new model of the Galaxy note has now been spied. This time it looks like the tablet may actually be bound for the US.
