Here’s a rumor that we haven’t heard in awhile. The first time we heard of this device it was supposedly headed to Sprint to join the EVO as another Android based 4G phone. The latest rumors have this pegged to land on Verizon’s network.
LG has now officially confirmed the existence of its new Android-powered LG Ally handset. The release date is set for May 20th. Where it’s going to land is anyone’s guess. LG did not mention which carrier or carriers will support the device.
We’re all aware of the existence of the LG LU2300, aka the Aloha when it comes to the US. LG has released another Snapdragon powered Android device in Korea, the LG KU9500/SU950. These handsets have a few things in common but unlike the 2300 the 9500 is an all touch screen device.
