We’re live at Samsung’s Galaxy S III event!

The day has finally dawned: Samsung will announce "the next Galaxy" in just over an hour in London. Android Community is live at the Unpacked event to get all the details, including photos and videos - though with the unprecedented amount of rumors and leaks, the announcement itself has become something of a formality. We'll be reporting live as the announcement comes in, but you don't need a liveblog for the Samsung event... unlike some other manufacturers we could name.

The Samsung Galaxy S III: what we know so far

Tomorrow's the big day, Android fans: we'll finally be able to put months and months of rumor to rest, and begin months and months of arguing over whether the Samsung Galaxy S III or the HTC One X is top dog in the smartphone world. The Galaxy S III is, without exaggeration, the most rumored, leaked, faked and anticipated Android phone yet, so we figured we'd do a roundup of what we're likely to see at Samsung's London even tomorrow.

HTC One X Revealed and Detailed

The folks at HTC this week are revealing a whole new line of devices under the single hero flag HTC One, the top of this tier being held by the HTC One X. This device works with an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core 1.5GHz processor with NVIDIA's newly re-named 4-PLUS-1 technology in the mix. This device has a 4.7-inch Super LCD2 720 x 1280 pixel resolution display covered with a pane of Gorilla Glass, the entire unit weighs in at just 4.58 ounces, and the thickness of the device is just 9.29 mm.

HTC One Three Pillars of Quality revealed and detailed

This week at Mobile World Congress 2012 HTC has revealed its hero strategy for 2012 as HTC One, a line of premium smartphones with a set of three pillars each that qualify them as a part of their top-tier line. The first of these three tiers is an amazing camera experience - the camera you get with your smartphone is the one camera you need for your life. The second is an amazing multimedia experience, with a great screen and a wonderful audio experience with Beats Audio. The third pillar in the HTC One line is an amazing design and overall experience.

CES 2012: We’re here in Viva Las Vegas!

It's that time of the year again folks. That time is CES, a week-long journey with an overload of electronics, and a lack of sleep. For those that aren't too familiar this is the largest event around, the Consumer Electronics Show 2012! For everyone waiting to see the next great Tegra 3 quad-core powered tablet and everything else CES has to offer don't worry, our entire team is here live to capture it all.

Google I/O now 3 days long, moved to June 27-29

It's time to get the calenders out and add Google I/O 2012's updated dates to the list. Google I/O has been an extremely hot event for Google for a few years now, not to mention they always give away a few awesome goodies for free. Last year it was the Galaxy Tab 10.1 among other things. Today Google's extended I/O 2012 from two days to now giving us 3 days of fun, but they've also pushed back the event a few months.

T-Mobile joins the Google Music Event Wednesday, Live music and more

We've just learned that a few invites are going around to join what appears to be an after-party of the Google Music event set for Wednesday. As if the title "These Go to Eleven" from Spinal Tap didn't give anything away, the invite from T-Mobile does. Mentioning live performances from Drake, Maroon 5, Busta Rhymes and more. If you weren't convinced this was a musical event, you should be now.
