A few lucky Sprint employees managed to get their hands on the HTC EVO 4G, luckily for us they was kind enough to show us the packaging. I would’ve preferred an unboxing but we’ll settle for this (for now). As good as the phone looks both internal and externally, we can’t say the same about this choice in packaging.

This little square device has shown up again. This time it was leaked to an Italian site with the codename of RUTH. The actual name it will go by when it’s released there is the MB511. It is also scheduled for release in June.

Last week US Cellular announced the not only will they be carrying the HTC Desire but will offer a Samsung Android as well. At the time there was no picture of the device only a few specs. These specs included a full QWERTY keyboard, Android 2.1 and a 3.2-inch HGVA screen. Well, this phone looks like it has most of those requirements.

Look like Vodafone will be the first company in the world to release the Samsung Galaxy S. although you can’t preorder now, this handset has been moved to the “coming soon” on Vodafone’s website. But, you can register to receive updates and availability, when it’s ready for preorder you will be notified first.

Well, the price and date is set. The Garmin-Asus Android phone will release in June for $199 on T-Mobile. This price is only for new 2 year contracts with a qualifying rate plan. T-Mobile is also rumored to load it up with a few apps, I wonder what they could be.

The FCC filing for HTC model PC36100 is rumored to be none other than the HTC EVO 4G. This device passed through with 2500MHz band alongside the standard set of CDMA bands with EV-DO. So unless HTC has another 4G device headed to Sprint or Clearwire (which is possible), this has to be the EVO.
