Verizon Wireless has a wide array of 4G LTE devices and smartphones. Like the upcoming DROID RAZR, the just announced HTC Rezound and more. Who wants some free 4G LTE to go along with one of those new phones? Today they've announced an awesome new promo special that should make plenty of people excited -- except for those big wigs at AT&T of course. Starting today for a limited time Verizon is offering double data for all 4G LTE customers.

This month will mark the release of both Motorola and Verizon's new flagship device, the DROID RAZR, and what we've got here is a full review of this device, complete with the whole explosive handful of features and accessories. What we're dealing with here is a 1.2GHz OMAP4 Texas Instruments dual-core processor wielding 4G LTE monster that not only employs the thinnest chassis on a 4G device today, but also reinforces itself with near-unbreakable hardware like a Kevlar back, metal construction on the insides, and a Gorilla Glass panel on the front! Will the 4.3-inch qHD 540 x 960 Super AMOLED Advanced display be the final KO in what at first glance appears to be a true knockout device? Let's have a look!

We've had a great week of tech reviews, hands-on/unboxings, and development for this first week of November! First, we started off our work week with an excellent review of the Motorola ATRIX 2 by Michael Crider. An unboxing of the HTC Rezound was then performed by Cory Gunther soon after. After seeing ads of the HTC Rezound show up in Verizon Wireless stores, you can be sure to see this device soon. It was officially announced to the public Thursday, and around the same time we released our own hands-on round-up.

Motorola DROID RAZR rooted already, no surprise

Well, I can safely say I saw this coming. Today a picture has surfaced showing none other than the new Motorola DROID RAZR rooted -- shocking I know. This is basically nothing new and its using the exact same exploit that also rooted the Bionic. The method is actually a very simple 1-click root tool that was developed for the DROID 3 and all the details are right here.

DROID RAZR Scavenger hunt and Extraction games are live, win one now

I'm sure many of you have been following along the many scavenger hunt games in the past, but now the time for the DROID RAZR is finally here. The folks at @DroidLanding have started the first round for the DROID RAZR scavenger hunt so be sure and follow them for all the details. The DroidDoes.com site has also been initiated with a game of its own. The details are still a bit blurry but once everything gets under way we'll be sure to update everyone.

If you were hoping for some confirmation as to when you'll be able to get your hands on the new DROID RAZR from Motorola, it has now been officially confirmed for November 11th. Yes 11-11 and at no time other than 11:11 AM -- nifty Verizon, but can I just get the phone already?

Not all of us are lucky enough to afford a Motorola DROID RAZR - two-year contracts can be so cruel. But if you're itching for the RAZR without a pre-order or any intention of actually purchasing one on November 10th, you can slake your gadget lust with the latest DROID eye boot animation and a new selection of "DROOOOIIIIID" ringtones and alerts. The files have been posted online a week before the phone's release. The files come from a kind and anonymous source, and if you're the type to get excited about a five-second boot animation, then you probably know what to do with them. If not, well, you obviously need to be rooted, then swap out the bootanimation.zip and audio file with your current one, usually in the /system/media folder (some phones vary). You might want to back up your current boot animation file just in case. The ringtones and alerts you can add in the normal way. The files should work on just about any phone, but due to the qHD display on the RAZR, smaller phone may not look as good. Man, Verizon has really nailed that HAL-9000-meets-Death-Star look over the last couple of years, haven't they? U.S. Verizon customers can get a hold of all 7.1mm of the DROID RAZR on the 10th, but Canadians on Rogers can get it even sooner on the 4th, in the phone's international "Motorola RAZR" moniker. DROID RAZR initiated on Droid Does and DroidLanding pages, get ready to hunt

It looks like we are all in for another crazy round of @DroidLanding and DroidDoes.com for the new and upcoming DROID RAZR. Both have been initiated and all systems are a go. Put your tray tables in their upright and locked positions folks. We have seen this with the Bionic, the Charge and even the Droid X2 and now its the RAZR's turn for a scavenger hunt.

Motorola RAZR gets redesigned for China markets

What do we have here, is this the DROID X3 or just another variant of the newly announced DROID RAZR? We know the DROID RAZR is for the US and Verizon and Motorola was planning just a Motorola RAZR for international markets but here we have a completely redesigned model from the images that were just leaked. Obviously it shares a very similar design with the Kevlar rear and extremely thin 7.1mm body, but clearly things are a bit different here, see for yourself after the break.

Motorola DROID RAZR confirmed for November 10th retail release

We know that those of you who pre-ordered the Motorola DROID RAZR will have it shipped out to you "no later than" November 10th, but the company has been mum on when Verizon customers would be able to but the phone at retail. Until now, anyway: Verizon has confirmed that the DROID RAZR will be available in retail stores on Thursday, November 10th. The phone should be available nationwide.
