AT&T Upload speeds and caps, who is to blame?
AT&T has been in an ongoing battle with users and blogs over the upload speeds on recent android phones. Who do we blame for it AT&T, Speedtest.net, or Both? You might remember all the talk the Atrix 4G got when it launched as a 4G phone, then users all learned 4G upload speeds were currently disabled. AT&T even responded to the complaints. We have done a little digging and have some interesting results regarding AT&T, and Speedtest.net for you all to enjoy below.

Motorola Atrix 4G Gets HSUPA, Not From AT&T but from XDA
I am happy to report that we have now got word that Motorola Atrix users that are rooted can now get HSUPA speeds on their device, but not from AT&T, not yet. This comes from XDA forum members drew.man and NFHimself. They have fixed this issue that we have all been reported and waiting on, and were nice enough to share it with the rest of you Atrix owners.

Who has the fastest data network ends being not so easy a question
One great thing about the state of mobile phones these days is that every carrier has a great selection of smartphones that users can choose from. And that means they can pay attention to more important things like coverage and speed. So who has the fastest network, especially 4G networks, is a burning question. It's also a difficult one to nail down as it depends on carrier, phone and even how loaded the network is.
