Dolphin Browser HD 8.0 update redesigns UI

Even with a growing number of browser available on the Google Play Store, Dolphin Browser HD remains a favorite for power users, including those of us here at Android Community. The latest update adds a bevvy of new features, mostly surrounding Dolphin's evolving user interface. The biggest change is a new menu bar that slims down the old double-row interface and hides a lot of the less immediate menu options behind more stylish icons, allowing users to keep an eye on more of the web window at once. You can download it for free in the Google Play Store.

Possible Dolphin Browser security and privacy issues found [Updated]

Dolphin Browser HD is one of the most popular 3rd-party browsers in the Android Market, and with good reason. If true, the breach of Dolphin users' privacy is very disturbing indeed. UPDATE: In response to the security and privacy concerns, the makers of Dolphin Browser have disabled the Webzine feature. According to the developer, user browsing data was never saved, and users' security has not been compromised.

Today that process gets a little easier in one of Android's most popular browsers, Dolphin. Dolphin HD7 includes a bookmark sync feature, backing up your bookmarks to Dolphin's servers, not unlike Chrome or Firefox Sync.
