It's been a big week in the Android world, mostly due to the CTIA wireless show in New Orleans. Naturally Android Community was there to cover it, and you can see all of our CTIA stories here. We had a great time at CTIA 2012 this year down in New Orleans and saw plenty of impressive phones like the EVO 4G LTE and DROID Incredible 4G LTE. One that went under the radar however was the new Lava XOLO Intel-powered smartphone that was announced in late April. We stopped by the Intel booth for some hands-on with their Android phone to see what the fuss was all about. Check out the video and pictures after the break.

Another mobile event has finally wrapped up only this year we had the opportunity to enjoy New Orleans for CTIA 2012. Below we'll run down a quick list of some of the things that were worth seeing this trip. With Samsung and HTC making announcements earlier in the year we were worried, but still found plenty of excitement in the Big Easy. Here at CTIA 2012 we were able to get our first hands-on with the new HTC EVO 4G LTE device to replace the iconic original HTC EVO. This time around it will be running on their new 4G LTE spectrum too. The new HTC One series is highly impressive and the EVO 4G LTE picks right up where the HTC One X left off. They aren't your average household name but have been producing phone hardware for a long, long time. The folks from ZTE have a new tablet on the horizon. It was first announced back in February during Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, but today here at CTIA 2012 they had it out and available for us to get our hands on it. This 10-inch Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablet comes with a 1.7 GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor. More details and video after the break.
