MOGA has unveiled their latest game controllers just ahead of E3. These new controllers will be the MOGA Power Series and they will be arriving with a feature called MOGA Boost technology. This is rather simple, the Boost technology will allow you to stop worrying about the battery life of your device during game play. Simply put, MOGA Boost will make sure to keep your device battery charged.

PowerA had previously announced the upcoming availability of the MOGA Pro game controller. Well, in a bit of good news for anyone that may have been waiting, the controller is now available for sale. PowerA has the MOGA Pro priced at $49.99 and available by way of several online retailers. Similar to what we saw with the original MOGA controller, there is also a free game being included with purchase of a MOGA Pro.

Atlas Controller update adds new devices to compatibility list

It's been a while since we talked about the Atlas Controller for Android devices. The Atlas Controller is a video game controller that is similar to the controller used for the Xbox 360. The controller was developed by a company called Green Throttle and went up for pre-order last November.

NVIDIA shows Riptide GP 2 on Project SHIELD

In keeping with the weekly Project SHIELD game teasers, NVIDIA is this time showing Riptide GP 2 from the folks at Vector Unit. The release of Riptide GP 2 will arrive as a sequel to the original Riptide GP, however as we have already seen with other Project SHIELD games -- it will come with some Tegra 4 related enhancements. In fact, as compared to the original release, NVIDIA has said that Riptide GP 2 will make an "even bigger splash."

OUYA Kickstarter shipments will begin on March 28

Some good news has arrived for those who backed the OUYA game console on Kickstarter, a shipping date has been set. Granted, it would have been much nicer to say those were beginning now, but lets focus on the positive -- a date has been set. The folks at OUYA have announced that the Kickstarter shipments will begin in just about a months time, on March 28. In addition to that date, they have also been talking games.

It looks like the OUYA game console will be following the model we often see with mobile phones. That is to say, it looks like they have plans to release a new console each year. The details are coming out of the DICE 2013 conference where CEO Julie Uhrman said that their strategy will be "very much similar to the mobile strategy."

GameStick Kickstarter campaign closes with nearly $650k in funding

The GameStick console launched on Kickstarter back in early-January and since then it seems to have attracted quite a bit of attention. In fact, the game console attracted so much attention that the initial funding goals we quickly meet and additional perks were added as new funding levels were reached. All things considered, except for one small issue that resulted in the GameStick Kickstarter going down for a few hours, they seem to have done rather well.
