We have seen a few reports about this over the last few days and now it is becoming more official. Apparently the recently leaked Gingerbread 2.3 build for the HTC Thunderbolt has been causing some major issues and hard bricks for certain people. From what we are hearing the radio update in the leaked build has caused a overly large number of Thunderbolt users phones to go into an endless bootloop and currently rom builders like AndIRC have been unable to save these T-Bolts, or figure out what is causing the bricks. As many of you probably already know, there is a huge download issue with the latest Notion Ink update that, when downloaded and installed, will essentially brick your device. Notion Ink has acknowledged the issue and has blocked the update on their end, but if you have received the OTA, be sure to not download it, or face a lengthy repair process (detailed below).

As you very well may have read a few days ago, a group called vidtonic will be showing off a built-it-yourself Android powered television at CES 2011. At the first announcement, not many details were given - that's all changing now. Jeff Cody of vidtonic posted a big Q and A list today listing several questions that were of course on everyone's minds when they first heard the term "Android TV" as well as a couple regarding the actual kit they'll be showing off.
