It's the holiday season and everyone should be full of good food and surrounded with friends or family. You might be having hot cocoa this Christmas morning, or maybe even some Mimosa -- either way we hope you enjoy it. Xperia Play exclusively lands Dungeon Defenders
Game developer Trendy Entertainment has announced that the sequel to Dungeon Defender First Wave is launching exclusively on the Sony-Ericsson Xperia Play. The sequel, entitled Dungeon Defender Second Wave, will have 30 hours of new game play, as well as all the levels of the original game. In addition, there's a new player vs. player online game mode which users can enjoy either over WiFi or 3G. That means that gamers from all over the world can challenge each other no matter where they are. Sounds like a lot of fun.

Since Android surpassed the iPhone to become the most popular smartphone in the market last year, it was only a matter of time before the Google OS would also become the most popular platform for developers. But not only that, app development on the Android is now the most profitable. To the point that developers are pulling advertising dollars out of iOS based apps and doubling down on the Bot.

This would be totally cool, can you imagine playing all your games on your handset with a Bluetooth controller? Zeemote has just released an Android SDK for their JS1 controller. Most Android devices would benefit from this because it will be compatible with 1.6 and up. By the time developers integrate this remote into their games, most phones should have their update.
