Asus teases new hi-resolution Transformer tablet for MWC

We're at t-minus three days until the festivities start in Barcelona, and Asus isn't letting the likes of HTC and LG have all the premature fun. In a new video posted to YouTube, the company teased a high-resolution tablet with an abstract, 17-second commercial before Mobile World Congress. There's no hardware on display (a drawer with colored balls stands in for a Honeycomb/ICS home screen) but the teaser "twice the detail, twice the fun" leaves little room for doubt. Presumably, Asus is talking about a tablet with more than the standard resolution - i.e., more than 1280x800.

ASUS Transformer TF300T leaks again in benchmarks, confirms Tegra 3

Earlier this month we received our first glance at this upcoming and unknown tablet from ASUS being called the Transformer TF300T. While we still don't have many details the slate has leaked again in a NenaMark2 benchmark revealing some specs and information. We now can confirm it will indeed be powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core mobile processor.

ASUS recently launched their Transformer Prime TF201 Android tablet, and are set to release a budget 7" slate later in Q2. New leaks today however have us wondering if we'll be seeing a third slate from them this year. New images of what is being called the ASUS TF300T have leaked. Is ASUS preparing a new Eee Pad Transformer to replace the original, and be priced under the Prime? More details below.
