ASUS MeMo Pad 8 and MeMo Pad 10 tablets unveiled at IFA

Coming out of IFA, ASUS has unveiled a pair of MeMo branded tablets. These latest include the MeMO Pad 8 and the MeMo Pad 10, which as the names would imply -- are sporting 8 and 10-inch displays. Aside from the difference in size, both models will have an IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800. That said, ASUS has the MeMo Pad 8 as having been designed for "easy one-handed use" and the MeMo Pad 10 as being "equally portable."

ASUS next-gen FonePad and MeMO Pad details leak

We had already been seeing details leak about several MeMO and PadFone devices this month, however it looks like another round of ASUS leaks has surfaced. This time around we are seeing details on the MeMO Pad HD 8 and MeMO Pad HD 10 as well as the FonePad HD 7. Anyway, with IFA quickly approaching, that would seem like a good time for ASUS to come forward with some announcements.

Budget tablets have come a long way, evolving from cheap knockoffs to decent and affordable alternatives, with manufacturers like ASUS continually raising the bar. The latest such device to come from the company's line up is the MeMo Pad HD 7 which has now become available online for pre-orders for a very low price.

ASUS MeMo Pad HD 7 and FHD 10 tablets unveiled

ASUS has unveiled the MeMo Pad FHD 10 and HD 7 tablets. While both of these tablets are in the same family of devices, they will likely each have unique audiences. The HD 7 is a smaller tablet with a relatively low price point while the FHD 10 is larger and should be a bit more powerful. Similar to the other Computex announcements we have seen from ASUS, this one is also missing some of the finer points.
