ASUS Transformer Prime quad-core tablet vs the iPad 2. Now when comparing devices there is tons to talk about but we'll be keeping this short and focusing on a few benchmarks. These were some of the best tests available to test both devices. With different platforms, hardware, and operating systems this can only be so accurate -- but we figured you'd like to take a look so here's the results.
ASUS Transformer Prime. We've talked about it plenty but now it's here we finally get to enjoy that quad-core power thanks to the superchip NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor under the hood. It's been seen a few times in the wild and even running Android 4.0 ICS but today we have the actual retail product that you'll all be able to purchase soon. When I say soon I mean December 19th. Yup that is the official date, not the 8th. Head on down past the break for plenty of pictures, videos and more information on that release date.
ASUS Transformer Prime is just popping up everywhere and today the pre-order list just got a huge member -- Best Buy! The Prime has been in the news plenty lately, and rightfully so packing a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and all. It's been available for pre-order from Gamestop for a while now but now Best Buy is ready to transform your shopping experience.
ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime product page went live from ASUS and while we already know plenty about this quad-core packing tablet it was good to finally see everything official. Apparently the same product page over in Germany had the entire kernel source code nicely listed right on the download page last night, but has since been taken down.
ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime tablet from December 9th to November 28th. Yup, as in next Monday -- I'm getting excited already.
NVIDIA Tegra 3 -- and that is the ASUS Transformer Prime. This appears to be a production unit but we have a pretty decent and thorough video review for you below, and a good look at the hardware up close and personal.
Eee Pad Transformer Prime earlier this month, it was unfortunately saddled with the now-outdated Honeycomb. The company promised an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich as soon as possible, and it appears that they're taking that promise very seriously. Nvidia showed an early build of Android 4.0 running on the Transformer Prime on YouTube, definitely indicating that the ICS update will be ready shortly after the tablet's December release.
ASUS Transformer Prime and its quad-core Tegra 3 power to actually hit the shelves and our fingertips, we'll settle for a few accessories. This here is the Transformer Prime smart cover and I have a feeling Apple wont be happy with what they see. It looks quite a bit different if you ask me, but you never know these days.
ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime quad-core tablet's camera. Obviously no one walks around 24/7 with a tablet either but if the opportunity presents itself, the Prime can take some mighty impressive photos with that 8 megapixel f2.4 aperture camera lens.
