Archos 101 and 70.
The device features a unique over-molded PVD stainless steel structure which houses some impressive internals. These include:
- 1 GHz processor
- 3D Graphics accelerator
- HDMI out
- 7-inch capacitive touch screen
- Android 2.2
Archos 70 tablet right now. The company has started shipping the tablet in 8GB capacity for $279. The tablet has a 7-inch touchscreen with a g-sensor and a resolution of 800 x 480.
Gen8 tablet range. ARMDevices has been testing it out, and put together a demo video showing some of the changes along the way. No word on when the new firmware will be released for the 28/32/43/70/101 range - apparently there's still a little work to be done on optimizing the build and ironing out the last few bugs - but it's all looking promising.
