The hugely popular photo filter and tweaking app for iOS is finally available for the Android masses, and we're taking a hands-on look below for your viewing pleasure, and compare it to ICS.

Sonar: Local social networking lands for Android

The popular local and location based social networking application Sonar is finally available for Android today in a limited beta. Sonar pulls data from publicly available profiles from Foursquare, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook and brings it all into a single application. It sounds a little scary I know, but we are hearing great things about this new social experience.

Official Steam for Android leaves beta, open to all Steam users

After Valve finally released an official Steam app for Android just a few short days ago users have been leaving all sorts of comments to release it out of beta. After only a select few could use the late to the party application, today it has left beta and is now fully open and available to anyone that already has a Steam account.

Official Wikipedia app now in Android Market

Just two days ago, Wikipedia released their official application to the Android Market. It had been available for some time in Apple's App Store - and will be much welcomed to us Android users. With so many other non-official Wikipedia applications, it doesn't even show up on the first page, so you'll have to scroll down a bit to find it.

Xbox Live may be headed to Android

For the million and millions of Xbox gamers that have been hoping our Android devices would get the same pleasure that Windows Phone has -- that time could possibly be on the way. While iOS has an xbox type application the entire Microsoft Xbox Live mobile gaming system isn't available anywhere other than WP7. A recent job posting from Microsoft might have revealed their plans.
