MLB.TV now streaming to Chromecast

The latest streaming addition for Chromecast has been announced, and this one is arriving just in time for the beginning of the 2014 Major League Baseball season. Simply put, MLB.TV subscribers will be able to stream to Chromecast.

YouTube app update brings live video to Chromecast

YouTube has received an update today, complimenting the slew of other Google apps we’ve seen rolling in new or changed. This one is the biggest update for the service in some time, as it now allows for live channels to be casted to a Chromecast device. There were other changes as well, like an alteration to the playlist and comments system.

Talon update adds multiple image support

Talon, one of the more popular Twitter clients, is seeing an upgrade to bring it closer to full functionality with the service it represents. The update will allow for newer Twitter features to be taken advantage of inside of Talon, while also getting a UI tweak. In at least one instance, it might be ahead of the Twitter curve.

Endomondo update adds stats for premium users

Endomondo has recently announced another update for Android users. Specifically for Android users who have an Endomondo Premium subscription. If you happen to fall into that category you now have Mobile Statistics. A premium subscription does cost a few bucks a month, however the folks at Endomondo are offering a limited time free trial so you can see before you buy.

Sonos update adds Google Play Music support

Google Play Music support has arrived on Sonos this morning. The support will be available for those using the Android app, as well as the controller app on a desktop. And interestingly, you'll also be able to stream Play Music (to a Sonos setup) direct from the Play Music app in the same way you have been streaming to a Chromecast.
