PSX4Droid is a very popular Playstation emulator that was in the Android Market, that is right up until the Xperia Play launched then out of no where Google pulled the app for violating content policies. You can read more about that here. We aren't sure if they just finally pulled the trigger to pull the app, or if Sony and their exciting Xperia Play had a role in that.
It's update day over at Google's App Inventor office, and the list of improvements is a LONG one. For those not in the know, App Inventor is an application created by Google to assist developers in creating apps for their Android mobile OS. This application allows users to create apps in as simple as a drag-and-drop type manner, creating an environment where it's not only easy to create apps, it's totally fun as well! Behold a big fat update!
Google isn’t nearly as persnickety when it comes to the types of apps that it will allow to be added to the Android market as Apple it with apps in the App Store. Still, Google will on occasion flex the ban hammer and knock apps off the Android Market.
