Rovio's latest creation and the sequel to Angry Birds will be called Bad Piggies. The game will focus on the viewpoint of the evil pigs that we all loathed in previous Angry Bird installments. However, it seems the infamous Angry Birds won't be anywhere to be found. Instead, Bad Piggies will be all about building vehicles and trying to get them from point A to point B with the pigs on board. It's a trial-and-error puzzle game that looks to be on par with Rovio's Amazing Alex.

Rovio Mobile have released a new teaser trailer that many are expecting to be a completely brand new game that is a spinoff of their popular Angry Birds. Angry Birds Space. The update will take players and their flock of birds to - you guessed it! - Mars, and has been dubbed Angry Birds Space: Red Planet. The timing of this announcement is pretty genius on Rovio's part, though we sadly don't have that much to go on at this point in time.
Rovio Mobile is wandering into other aspects of gaming and leaving the flying birds and angry pigs behind. Today they've released their first game without those Angry Birds and it's called Amazing Alex. Rovio is based in Finland, so naturally they're expressing some national pride.
Angry Birds Space is popular. That statement is something akin to "rock is hard" on the scale of most obvious things ever said, but a little specificity is useful: Rovio claims that the sequel to the smash hit Angry Birds has been downloaded 50 million times since it was released last month. That makes Angry Birds Space the fastest-growing ("selling" isn't really appropriate here) mobile game of all time. The stat takes into account downloads on Android and iOS.
Angry Birds Space has added ten new levels to its ice-themed "Fry Me To The Moon" zone. That's great, but there's something more interesting in the update - a glimpse at the next zone. The unraveling package shows one of the pigs munching on a galactic donut - one that looks remarkably like the one featured in the marketing for The Simpsons Movie back in 2007.
