NVIDIA Tegra Note spotted with K1 processor

NVIDIA announced the Tegra Note tablet platform back in September of last year. As the 'platform' portion suggests, this is more of a reference, and since then we have seen models from Advent and EVGA, amongst others. The initial release had the Tegra Note tablet powered by Tegra 4, however it looks like an upgrade is currently in the works.

InfoSonics verykool T742 KolorPad tablet unveiled

InfoSonics has unveiled their latest budget priced Android tablet, the verykool T742 KolorPad. The tablet is of the 7-inch variety and in this case, it happens to be powered by a dual-core 1.3GHz processor and running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. InfoSonics has this one priced at $149, and even managed to include a few extras and cellular connectivity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab for Education unveiled with Android 4.4 Kit Kat

Samsung has recently unveiled their latest tablet, which is a Galaxy Tab 10.1 intended for the education market. This one is dubbed the Galaxy Tab for Education and is said to have been "designed for integration with Google Play for Education." Samsung plans to have this model ready by April, which should be good timing for those planning purchases for the 2014-2015 school year.

Archos Neon tablet lineup unveiled

Another series of Archos tablets have been unveiled. This latest is the Neon tablet lineup and it will include three models. Specifically, the lineup will include the 90 Neon, 97 Neon and 101 Neon. And as we have seen based on earlier Archos announcements, those names mean the tablets will have 9.0, 9.7 and 10.1-inch displays respectively.
