The latest rumor has Samsung prepping to go head to head with the iPod touch. This device will be running Android and will be a multi media focused device. There is currently no indication that this device will be another Android phone.
The Compal 7 is an Android tablet that features the famed Tegra 2 chips, it was recently handled at the Netbook Summit here in San Francisco. Is it just me or is the wait for these NVIDIA Tegra 2 tablets following in the footsteps of Flash 10 for Android. It seems like we’ve been waiting on these to arrive for a year now. Although, their reply doesn’t lead us to believe that it will hit the device anytime soon. Well, the price and date is set. The Garmin-Asus Android phone will release in June for $199 on T-Mobile. This price is only for new 2 year contracts with a qualifying rate plan. T-Mobile is also rumored to load it up with a few apps, I wonder what they could be.
