Google rolling-out Android 4.2.2 for Nexus 4 users in select countries
While most of the world is seeing Android 4.2.1 as the latest version of Jelly Bean, it looks like Google has quietly begun rolling out something a bit newer. According to new reports, Google has begun rolling out Android 4.2.2 in select countries. So far the reports are pinpointing just two countries -- Brazil and Malaysia.

Toshiba Excite 7.7 tablet Jelly Bean update now available
Toshiba originally released the Excite 7.7 tablet back in April. At the time it launched with Ice Cream Sandwich and given the update timeframe that we often see, we weren't all that convinced that Jelly Bean would come. But it looks like Toshiba has officially begun rolling out the update.

There have been some ROMs based off of CyanogenMod that will get Jelly Bean on your Nook HD+, however we suspect not everyone is going to want to go that route. If that happens to be the case for you, there is now another option to consider. That being said though, this latest option, which comes by way of N2A Cards does have one point that may turn some away.

Jelly Bean arrived for Galaxy S3 users with Verizon Wireless on last Friday and it looks like US Cellular users will get the same update this Friday. Samsung is consistently updating its devices to Jelly Bean. The company may not be pushing 4.2 to its devices, but it still doing a better job of bringing Jelly Bean goodness to its devices than most companies, especially when you consider the large amount of devices Samsung offers. Well, Samsung is bringing Jelly Bean 4.1 to WiFi Galaxy Note 10.1 devices in Germany and keeping its update momentum going.

We have some good new for customers of Three in the UK. The carrier just announced that the Nexus 4 is coming to the UK-based wireless carrier on December 13. If you're in the UK waiting for the Nexus 4, that wait it coming to an end. Three is offering the device on a contract and prepaid option. Options are always a good thing, and Three is taking care of its customers in that regard.

Samsung is getting ready to roll out the Android 4.1 Premier Suite for the Galaxy Note 10.1 soon. They just announced that it is coming to Germany, and now, they've shown off a video of everything the update offers for the device. The video is a whopping 12 minutes long, so it really goes into detail and shows off the new features of the update.

HTC is going to bring its 5-inch monster phablet to China. With China's massive population, it seems like the perfect place for HTC to bring it's incredibly powerful smartphone. China has long been considered a market where entry-level phones rule the roost, but there is a growing segment of the market seeking high-end devices, and HTC is looking to capitalize on that growing demand with the HTC DLX.
