Another day, another busy day in Android news. Gingerbread news is starting to die down and the internet is shifting its focus onto Honeycomb and the PlayStation phone with both making appearances today. Also, it's worth mentioning that one of the most hyped Android-based tablets, Notion Ink’s Adam, will be open for pre-orders starting tomorrow. The dust is settling and Android 2.3 is beginning to be picked apart as we wait for its official public release on December 16th, when the Samsung Nexus S is made available. Today has been an exciting day in Android news. We got to see some more Gingerbread - this time in an official video - the NOOKcolor receiving a full teardown, and even a new Logitech Revue Ad featuring Kevin Bacon as himself. November is coming to an end, as we near closer to December the topic on everyone's mind is the impending release of Android 2.3 Gingerbread. However, thats not all the Android news going around, devices such as the Archos Internet Tablets saw an update to the now current Android 2.2. We also saw the ratings in the Android Market going live today, now developers must also submit a suggested content rating for all applications. Just as Cyber Monday brings an end to a busy news day in Android, we also finished one of the biggest shopping weekends of the year. As we near Android 2.3 Gingerbread we are starting to see more and more powerful devices that should be running the much anticipated OS such as the Motorola Etna/Olympus and the LG Star. Today has been a busy day at Android Community! As we near the holidays we are stating to see all of our favorite devices see some substantial discounts. All DROID devices were on sale at Amazon for a penny, and the DROID Pro was also on sale at Best Buy for $99.
